Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peningkatan  kreativitas   dan motivasi belajar matematika siswa khususnya pada materi  menyelesaikan persamaan kuadrat, dengan base method, guru dapat mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas   dan   motivasi   belajar matematika siswa khususnya pada materi menyelesaikan persamaan kuadrat, dan penggunaan base method dapat mengefektivitaskan peningkatan kreativitas dan motivasi belajar matematika siswa khususnya pada materi menyelesaikan persamaan kuadrat. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari 33 orang siswa terhadap efektivitas, kreativitas dan motivasi belajar siswa setelah diadakan pembelajaran dengan base method .Peningkatan hasil observasi kreativitas rata – rata siklus I ( 56,082 % ) dan siklus II ( 76,5 % ), dengan peningkatan ( 20,418 % ) sedangkan peningkatan hasil observasi motivasi rata – rata siklus I ( 108,9 % ) dan siklus II ( 144,5 % ), dengan peningkatan ( 35,6 % ). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan base method pada pokok bahasan menyelesaikan persamaan kuadrat terjadi peningkatan terhadap kreativitas dan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas IX SMP N 10 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujian untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi faktor-faktor yabg mempengaruhi keefektifan belajar matematika siswa MTs Negeri Rantau Prapat dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi keefektifan belajar matematika pada siswa MTs Negeri Rantau Prapat Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket analisis faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi keefektifan belajar matematika pada siswa yang terdiri 31 item pernyataan yang terdiri dari 7 item tentang faktor kompetensi, 6 item tentang fokus pda pelajaran, 5 item tentang hubungan guru dengan siswa, 6 item tentang pemberian tugas rumah, 7 item tentang alat pelajaran. Hasil uji validitas dari 31 item pernyataan diperoleh ada 28 pernyataan yang valid dan 3 pernyataan yang yang tidak valid.Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh nilai communalities menunjukkan nilai yang selalu positif, nilai total variance explained bernilai 5 sesuai jumlah variabel. Hasil nilai component matriks untuk variabel kompetensi (faktor 1 adalah 0.984 dan faktor 2 adalah 0.179), variabel Fokus pada pelajaran (-0,069 dan faktor 2 adalah 0,936), variabel hubagan guru dengan siswa (faktor 1 adalah 0,715 dan faktor 2 adalah 0,510), variabel pemberian tugas rumah (faktor 1 adalah 0,910 dan faktor 2 adalah -0,085), variabel alat pelajaran ( faktor 1 adalah 0,861 dan faktor 2 adalah 0,169

Abstrak :

This study aimed to develop Multimedia-Based Educational game for junior high school students grade IX and investigate its effectiveness on student’s learning psychological condition in facing computer-based National Exam it is called UNBK in indonesia. Population of this research is junior high school students grade IX Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. Sample using in this research were two class that amount 64 students chosen randomly. The result product verified by some experts showed that the multimedia–based educational game is appropriate to use as a learning medium for students in preparing Computer-based national exam. Then, the calculation of Independent samples t-test showed that sig.(2-tailed) was 0.000. It’s lower than 0.05, it meant that there was significant effect by using multimediabased national exam on student’s learning psychological condition in facing computer-based national exam. Student had high motivation, stronger interest, and positive attitude in facing UNBK. Students claimed they had greater motivation to challenge UNBK, motivation to continue studies to high school. In addition to motivation, they also expressed greater interest in the particular tested sub-jects, an interest in choosing majors. Student attitude also more positive with more intense when discuss, review the mate-rial that has been presented, feel challenged and focus in learning.

Abstrak :
Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah; pertama untuk memenuhi salah satu kewajiban tri dharma perguruan tinggi, kedua untuk meningkatkan keterampilan para guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kota Medan dalam mengembangkan program Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu dan dapat keterampilan mengimplementasikannya dalam pembelajaran di kelas secara riil. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan dalam bentuk Workshop dan Peer Teaching, serta pendampingan dalam membuat program pembelajaran tematik terpadu sampai pada monitoring dan evaluasi dalam mengimplementasikannya di kelas. Target khusus pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah agar para guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kota Medan, dapat merancang, mengimplementasikan sekaligus mengevaluasi program pembelajaran Tematik.

Abstrak :
The purpose of this study was to determine the construction of inclusive education management in SDN 03 Bengkulu City. The focus of the discussion is regarding the implementation of inclusive education management and the factors that influence it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, data collection in this study using observation, interviews and documentation study. After the data is collected then the researcher analyzes it qualitatively. The results show that the construction of inclusive education management can be seen implementation and the factors that influence it. From the implementation side, there is a gap between the Ministry of Education Regulation No. 70 of 2009 concerning Inclusive Education for students who have disabilities and have the potential for violence and / or special talents with their implementation, at least seen in student learning activities, teacher teaching activities, learning activities, facilities and inscriptions education and community support. While the factors that influence it consist of curriculum policies, teacher competencies and supporting facilities.

Abstrak :
This study aims to determine student perceptions of cyber-bullying on social media. 200 students from the North Sumatra Muhammadiyah University (UMSU) Medan were respondents in this study. Questionnaire is used as an instrument of data collection. From the results of the research which was conducted it is found that if students have the same perception of Cyber-bullying on social media. More than 50% of students think that cyber-bullying is an action taken such as sending interruption messages on e-mail, short messages or text messages on social networks that are carried out continuously. More than 40% of the respondents also agree that if Cyber-bullying is caused by anger, hurt, and revenge or because of frustration, thirst for power by accentuating the ego so that it hurts others. Their views on the penalties given to Cyber-bullying perpetrators vary with more than 40% of them agreeing that cyber-bullying offenders should be dropped out and returned to the family to receive guidance and receive severe penalties. This study also found that there are more than 50% of students who agreed that victims of cyberbullying should be given a moral message so they can easily forgive.

Abstrak :
The observatory is an institution that studies the celestial bodies and is an important legacy of Islamic civilization. In the early development, the observatory focused more on the study of celestial bodies. But in the modern era, observatory institutions have functions and strategic positions in social and intellectual life in the community. Among them the observatory has educational values or aspects. Among the values and functions of education in observatory institutions are: (1) as a means of accusing the times and positions of worship of Muslims (especially prayer and fasting), (2) as a scientific study institution, and (3) as a scientific educational institution.

Abstrak :
This study aims to determine the dominant factors that cause learning difficulties of students in participating in the Islamic Education (PAI) program at students of grade XI and XII at Laksamana Martadinata High School, Medan, North Sumatra. The research method used is descriptive research. This research was conducted in January to February 2020. 236 students of class XI and XII of Laksamana Martadinata Senior High School in Medan, North Sumatra were sampled in this study. Data collection techniques used in this study were by giving a questionnaire to the factors of student learning difficulties in following the Islamic Education subjects. The results showed that the internal factors causing the highest learning difficulties were health indicators with 70.68% and the external factors causing the highest learning difficulties were family indicators with 55.01%.

Abstrak :
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan model AIR (Auditory,Intellectually, Repetition) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan Hasil Belajar matematika siswa pada pokok bahasan bangun ruang sisi datar kubus dan balok di kelas VIII MTs Negeri RantauPrapat T.P 2014/2015. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri RantauPrapat, yaitu kelas VIII
yang terdiri dari 45 siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model AIR (Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan Hasil Belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri RantauPrapat T.P 2014/2015. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes dan
observasi. Tes yang diberikan kepada siswa dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa menggunakan butir soal/instrumen soal untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa sebanyak 15 buah soal yang terbagi dalam tiga tes, yaitu tes awal, tes kemampuan siklus I dan tes kemampuan siklus II.
